Nearly 40% of the state’s active investigations of COVID-19 involving facilities are at workplaces such as offices, distribution centers, manufacturing, and production sites, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.

Positive coronavirus cases in Dane County totaled 625 in the past two weeks. Of these, 86 cases were associated with clusters, including 22 from work settings. At a recent press conference, Dane County Executive Joe Parisi urged businesses to let employees work remotely as much as possible, stating the current public health order also mandates that companies limit employees present in the office as much as possible.
