Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) and Johnson Financial Group announced the top four products moving on in the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest. With more than 1 million votes cast in the competition over the last seven years, the contest recognizes Wisconsin’s diverse, robust, and growing manufacturing industry. Nearly 150 products were nominated in late summer for the 2022 competition. Following three rounds of voting — and nearly 120,000 votes — the field has been narrowed to:
- Pierce Manufacturing Inc. of Appleton for the Volterra Pumper EV Fire Truck;
- Plexus Corp. of Neenah for Quidel Savanna;
- Columbia Vehicle Group of Reedsburg for Tomberlin E-Merge Beachcomber; and
- H&S Manufacturing of Marshfield for LOADMASTER 2X.
The final round of voting continues through noon on Oct. 19, 2022.
