In Business magazine hosted its second annual Real Estate & Construction Symposium on June 13 at the Madison Marriott West, 1313 John Q. Hammons Drive.
The morning began with Chris Caulum, vice president–commercial brokerage for Oakbrook Corp., presenting the program keynote on the condition of the Madison office market.
The day continued with industry experts sharing trends in commercial real estate, development, and construction, as well as offering insight into upcoming and ongoing construction projects throughout the Madison region.
