The Wisconsin State Journal reported that 27 people who broke into Ridglan Farms in Blue Mounds have been arrested, with most charged with trespassing.
The activists stole about two dozen dogs.
Aditya V. Aswani, 29, of Brooklyn, New York, faces a burglary charge, according to online jail records. Another, John Boland, was also charged with four counts of misdemeanor theft.
Animal rights activists have targeted Ridglan over the years with protests and legal action.
