Minnesota-based MSP Real Estate is proposing the demolition of an auto repair shop to build a $22 million, six-story, mixed-use project at 2208 University Ave., according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The project would include lower-cost housing with 79 apartments, 750 square feet of first-floor commercial space, and underground parking for 79 cars and 87 bicycles.
