Two tenants are set to join Knickerbocker Place, a 20,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center located on Monroe Street. The new tenants include Alimentari, a European delicatessen and specialty shop with an existing location at 306 South Brearly St., and Bliss Nail Bar, a full-service nail care salon.
Alimentari will open a 3,062-square-foot shop located next to Club Pilates. Known for its sandwiches, Alimentari also offers a variety of fresh pastas, sauces, charcuterie, cheeses, wine, and specialty groceries. The new site will be approximately 1,200 square feet larger than Alimentari’s existing location and provides an opportunity to build a kitchen for expanded offerings.
Bliss Nail Bar will open in a 1,532-square-foot space located next to Miko Poke. The salon will feature 12 nail stations, 10 pedicure stations, and a treatment room, and provide pedicure services, manicure services, nail enhancements, and waxing services. This will be the first location for Bliss Nail Bar and it is anticipated to open this fall.
