1901 Inc., an independent and locally-owned construction contractor, is expanding its ownership structure to include its leadership staff as co-owners. By involving staff members as co-owners, 1901 will strengthen its corporate culture, drive innovation, and ensure long-term sustainability.
Effective immediately, eight members of the company’s key leadership team are co-owners, including Brady Farrell (president), Tod Sloan (CFO), Justin Wiemer (VP–HVAC), Jim Christensen (VP–service and sales), Alex Sell (VP–electrical), Tory Miller (VP–plumbing), Tim Olstad (operations manager), and Andy Christensen (general manager).
