1848 Construction has started work on Midtown Reserve, a new apartment complex at 1824 Waldorf Blvd., Madison.
Midtown Reserve will be a three-story complex that will contain 34 units, all with patios or balconies, and have underground parking for tenants.
An official groundbreaking is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 8. Sketchworks Architecture also is working on the design-build project.
