Sixteen Class A office properties on Madison’s west side and in Middleton were sold for $260 million ($153/sq. ft.) in the largest dollar volume office transaction in Wisconsin history.
CBRE Institutional Properties represented Vanta Commercial Properties LLC in the sale of the portfolio to Winnipeg, Canada-based Artis REIT.
The portfolio included a total of 1.7 million square feet of leasable space (86.7% leased) and another 8.3 acres of developable land.
