Twenty-six entries representing sectors such as health care, cleantech, education, software, and innovations in products or services are competing in the finalist round of the 19th annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest. The 16 finalists from Dane County are:

- Fleet Cycles, Michael Basarich;
- Flux XII, Patrick Sullivan;
- Gud Medical, Joseph Ulbrich;
- Inspired Together Learning, Michele Vosberg;
- Phaxtec, Anindya Mukherjee;
- SprayWell, Dervis Gursoy; and
- Stellar Tech Girls, Marina Bagot.
The Diligent Dozen, the top 12 business plans, will be announced in late May and plan representatives will present live at the 2022 Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference, June 1–2, where category winners and the grand prize winner will be chosen.
