The Veteran Loan Fund announced this week that it has raised $15 million to support current and aspiring veteran entrepreneurs, including seed funding from Wells Fargo. Veterans receiving loans from this program benefit from free access to a national network of business coaches and loans with low interest rates. Veteran Loan Fund loan recipients in Wisconsin will be complemented by the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corp. (WWBIC) providing entrepreneurial development services such as business training, counseling, and resource partner referrals to transitioning service members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses interested in starting or growing a small business.
