Urban Land Interests is proposing a $125 million project for an underused block on the Capitol square surrounded by East Washington Avenue, Pinckney, and Webster streets, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
As proposed, the project would preserve the American Exchange building and retain the historic facades facing the Capitol on the first floor, but it would add a glass and stone tower as tall as the Capitol building. The entire space would offer 300,000 square feet of office space with 840 underground parking spaces.
