An Indiana developer is proposing a 363-unit housing project across the Southwest Commuter Path and railroad tracks squeezed in behind buildings at 700 and 740 Regent St., according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. Trinitas Development’s plan calls for a rooftop pool and four-story parking garage with 322 spaces on a parking lot behind the buildings. The facility will also include multiple elevated outdoor terraces, a resident club lounge, and a fitness center.
