Madison coworking space 100state is changing its organization to respond to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a Wisconsin State Journal story. The nonprofit, which helps local and national startups, will use a $50,000 scholarship fund to reshape the program and serve 30–50 people. The organization is working with the University of Wisconsin–Madison and groups that represent people who come from marginalized communities to find potential recipients. The scholarship project, started earlier in 2021, used a $15,000 fund from partner American Family Insurance and served 12 recipients. Meanwhile, 100state has moved from its office at 316 W. Washington Ave. to the seventh floor of 17 S. Fairchild St.
