The residents around a proposed development in the 100 block of West Wilson Street have not voiced serious concerns, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The 200-unit, 10-story apartment building with views of Lake Monona is being proposed by developer Apex Real Estate Holdings LLC and Walter Wayne Development. The partners say neighborhood representatives have initially provided positive reactions to the building. The partners will share an informational presentation to the Madison Urban Design Commission on Feb. 10.
