$10,000 grants will support use of vacant commercial spaces

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. (WEDC) is promoting $10,000 grants to businesses that move into vacant commercial spaces, according to a WEDC release. The Main Street Bounceback Grant Program will utilize $10,000 grants for businesses that move into or expand into a currently vacant commercial space in a community’s downtown or in another commercial corridor. WEDC Secretary and CEO Missy Hughes and staff are traveling throughout Wisconsin visiting unique retailers and restaurants to encourage the use of the new program.
