The Wisconsin Center District board has agreed to pay former president and CEO Marty Brooks $350,000 to resolve all the claims in their legal dispute, according to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The board fired Brooks in June, claiming he had inappropriate district credit card charges that included expensive restaurant meals, a private club membership, musical theater tickets and unspecified professional services.
Brooks appealed the firing, claiming his right to due process had been violated.
The board oversees the Baird Center, the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena and the Miller High Life Theatre.
