On June 20, the Monona East Side Business Alliance (MESBA) hosted its Kayak Outing & After Party. Kayakers started out at Rutabaga Paddlesports, paddled to a nearby beach to enjoy the relaxation station, and then paddled back to Waypoint Public House for the after party.
