Wagner’s Bar has been pouring pints and shots since 1938, but the bar with the oldest liquor license in Sun Prairie is now for sale after losing its license, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
Owner Chuck Wagner, 66, lost the liquor license when it was not renewed due to noise complaints and problems with a shared parking lot.
The bar was put up for sale about three weeks ago.
