American Family Insurance broke ground on the Spark Jan. 25, a building the company promises will be dedicated to promoting innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship in Madison. The Spark, located on the 800 block of East Washington Avenue and adjacent to the Cosmos, another project from Gebhardt Development, will house the entrepreneurial hub StartingBlock.
