S&P 500 drops on Tuesday as tech takes a hit

The S&P 500 was down on Tuesday as computer chip stocks dropped in value, CNBC reported.

The S&P fell 1.3%, while the Nasdaq Composite dropped 2%.

Outside of some tech stops being sold off, other companies saw bumps such as Microsoft and Amazon, Walmart, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
