Ribbon cutting for Investors Associated

A ribbon-cutting ceremony and networking event was held July 24 to celebrate the completion of the 2323 Crossroads Drive development in Madison by Investors Associated. The five-story, 98,000-square-foot multiuse building is located near East Towne Mall. The building will be home to IA Management LLC, as well as ARMS Business Solutions and a variety of other tenants. The building features a lunch area supplied by Canteen and a state-of-the-art fitness center managed by Kinema Fitness, as well as a large outdoor patio for company gatherings and grilling, a two-story atrium, a 100-person conference/training room, and covered parking. Newcomb Builders served as the contractor on the project, while Plunkett Raysich acted as architect and Vierbicher supplied the engineering work.
