The Promega Art Showcase will celebrate its 30th anniversary by showcasing the work of Midwestern artists during the 14th PhotoMidwest biennial juried exhibition.

The exhibition opens on Sept. 17 at the Promega Biopharmaceutical Technology Center, 5445 E. Cheryl Parkway in Fitchburg.

It is part of the 2026 PhotoMidwest Festival, which will take place at multiple Madison venues including the Pyle Center on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.

The work of photographers living and working across 13 Midwestern states will be displayed. The 2026 juror is Karen Irvine, chief curator and deputy director of the Museum of Contemporary Photography at Columbia College Chicago.
Promega has sponsored its Art Showcase program since 1996.
