Paul Tonnesen serves as the president of Fiskars’ North American headquarters in Madison, Wis. Originally recruited to resuscitate the Garden and Outdoor Living division, Tonnesen streamlined the organization and its product offerings. Within 12 months, the division experienced growth and was profitable — and slashed over 5,000 SKUs from the product line.
