Oak Bank’s treasury management team has clients’ backs

“We are ready to set up digital solutions that will reduce the time our clients spend managing daily tasks like reviewing transactions, making remote deposits, transferring funds, initiating wire transfers, and creating ACH files, so our business clients can increase efficiency and profits,” says Amber Lehnherr, Oak Bank assistant vice president – treasury management. “Sometimes we even assist in troubleshooting when our client’s payroll manager is out of town and payroll is due or their scanner isn’t functioning. “Recently, we received multiple calls from several different people trying to gain access to a client’s account. The callers, unfortunately, had a lot of the client’s personal information,” says Stephanie East, Oak Bank treasury management officer. “While they were saying some of the right things, we could tell something wasn’t right because of how well we know our clients and the steps that we take to verify their identity. The fraudsters were not able to gain access to the account at Oak Bank but did gain access to accounts at another institution. Not here! Not today!”

Our treasury management team works closely with all of our business bankers to make sure our clients receive comprehensive support and guidance. Linda Zimdars, Oak Bank’s senior vice president of business banking, emphasizes the importance of working collaboratively across departments to create this synergy. “We work as one team for our clients. One of the benefits is that it’s a one-stop shop here. The lenders work in conjunction with the treasury management team to offer a seamless business banking experience for the client. Our clients are not redirected 12 times to 12 different people. There is no 1-800 number. When a client has a need, they call a direct number to reach one of our business banking experts, and that team knows our business clients inside and out.”
