North Italia, an Italian restaurant group, will open its newest restaurant on Sept. 2 at the north end of Madison’s Hilldale Shopping Center at 670 N. Midvale Blvd. — marking its debut in the state.
North Italia restaurants are known for scratch-made cuisine, hand-tossed pizzas and craft cocktails.
The Hilldale restaurant will host weekend brunches in addition to lunch and dinner with a 7,000 square foot dining room, covered patio and an open kitchen format that allows guests to watch its culinary team make pastas, pizzas and other dishes.
It will seat 174 guests and accommodate parties of all sizes.
Ahead of its Madison opening, North Italia is hosting a job fair for prospective employees through Aug. 16. The job fair will take place at the restaurant Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
