More than 180 guests turned out Dec. 3 to view and celebrate the $3.5 million renovation of 34 apartments at Nichols Station in what once was the original Madison Waterworks building. Wisconsin Management Company Inc. and FGS The Restoration Company hosted the open house to unveil the results of a yearlong redevelopment project that was lead by KONTEXT architects.
