A new cafe, Dreamy Teazy, opened July 2 in northside Madison, offering banh mi sandwiches, boba tea and housemade baked goods, The Capital Times reports.

The business, at 1297 N. Sherman Ave., is still in soft opening mode, open Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. with a daily break from 2-3 p.m.

Owner Mee Yang said the menu is influenced by Hmong, Vietnamese, Lao and Thai cuisine. In addition to sandwiches, its food menu includes a variety of rice bowl options and a rotating selection of desserts.

Yang said the cafe is family-oriented and in the future will add a small, pet-friendly patio on the building’s north side as well as expanded menu offerings like pho, rice rolls and rotating specials.
