The 458-unit Tivoli Green Apartments in Mount Pleasant has been sold by Wangard Partners of Milwaukee to Santefort Real Estate Group LLC of Westmont, Illinois.
The sale was announced Wednesday by Wangard Partners, a Milwaukee-based real estate development and property management firm that has been retained to provide third-party property management services for Tivoli Green.
Situated on a 38-acre property in Mount Pleasant, Tivoli Green was developed by Wangard in three phases from 2021 to 2024.
Tivoli Green, the first apartment community built in Racine County in more than 20 years, accommodates a growing need for local housing.
John Perkowski, COO of Santefort Real Estate Group, said in a press release that Tivoli Green adds to the company’s growing portfolio of institutional-grade residential properties.
