The Monona Grove School District was trying to sell two properties, but it has now pulled one while keeping one for sale, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
According to the report, the city of Monona may be interested in purchasing the Maywood School building at 902 Nichols Road. The city has until the end of August to confirm whether it is or not.
Meanwhile, the district has decided not to sell the administration building at 5301 Monona Drive. The 7.4-acres is the site of the former Nichols School, which now houses charter school MG21.
