Rite-Hite, a Milwaukee-based industrial and loading dock manufacturer, is adding to its HVAC capabilities with the acquisition of the Danish textile ventilation manufacturing company KE Fibertec Group, according to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
With the deal, Rite-Hite said it has improved its position in Europe as a provider of fabric HVAC ductwork.
KE Fibertec Group employs 160 people across eight subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Denmark and the state of Maryland, and it will continue to operate from its existing facilities.
