Park Lafayette Towers, an apartment complex located on Milwaukee’s east side, has been sold to Utah-based Cottonwood Communities Inc. for $94 million, according to an article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The sale price, which is more than 36% higher than the assessed value of the North Prospect Avenue property, ranks as one of southeastern Wisconsin’s largest property sales of 2026.
Park Lafayette, which was previously owned by Park Lafayette Property Holdings LLC, is distinguished by its 20-story twin towers. It has 271 apartment units.
