Mike Liautaud, founder of Milio’s Sandwiches, opened his first store in Madison, Wis. in 1989. Since then, Milio’s Sandwiches has expanded to 46 restaurants across the Midwest. “Big Mike” continuously adapts to the changing restaurant industry while maintaining the company’s core values – and has fun in the process.
