The Middleton Chamber of Commerce announced its new Signature Series, an annual event featuring “world-class speakers and high-impact storytelling.”

The series will debut on August 25 at the Marriott Madison West, with first-ballot NFL Hall of Famer and former UW Badger Joe Thomas.

Matt Lepay, the 11-time “Wisconsin Sportscaster of the Year” and a 2025 inductee into the UW Athletic Hall of Fame, will also speak at the event.

The keynote will be “NFL to Entrepreneur: Lessons in Durability and Business Building,” which will talk about moves beyond the sports highlight reel on the journey to build a business.

“This is more than just a dinner — it’s a championship-level experience for the entire Middleton community,” President and CEO of the Middleton Chamber of Commerce Kristen Parent said in a statement. “To have Joe Thomas and Matt Lepay together in such an intimate setting is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Whether you’re a lifelong Badger fan or a local business leader, you won’t want to be on the sidelines for this one.”
