McShane Construction Company on Thursday announced the completion of the Conway at Huxley Yards, a 50-unit mixed-income, multifamily development completed in partnership with affordable housing investor Lincoln Avenue Communities.
The Conway, located at 1846 Commercial Ave. in Madison, is a five-story building with four wood-framed residential floors atop an above-grade parking garage.
Designed by Knothe & Bruce Architects, the development offers one- to three-bedroom units with amenities such as granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and kitchen islands.
Residents will also have access to a fitness center, community kitchen and gathering spaces.
The Conway at Huxley Yards is McShane’s fourth project with Lincoln Avenue Communities.
“Continuing our partnership with LAC while helping meet Madison’s need for mixed-income housing makes this project especially rewarding for our team,” Alison Gorham, McShane’s vice president and director of Wisconsin operations, said in a press release.
