Marigold Kitchen has opened another restaurant, the Golden Counter.
Originally opened as the food prep space for Marigold, the Counter is now open for people to stop by for breakfast and lunch. On the menu are offerings like a breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito and summer berry French toast sticks.
The additional space joins Marigold’s original restaurant downtown, plus its new food truck, Marigold Golden Flash Cart, which is regularly serving food lakeside at two Wingra Boats locations.
The Counter — with literally a counter featuring barstools for seating — is located at 1511 Williamson St. on Madison’s near east side.
