First Business Bank has hired Marcos Vega as senior vice president of Director of Specialty Deposits.
He will lead the Bank’s Specialty Deposits initiative, helping organizations access treasury management and deposit solutions aligned with their operational and liquidity goals.
“Marcos brings extensive treasury management and institutional banking experience that will strengthen our ability to serve specialized industries with complex deposit needs,” Melissa Fellows, senior vice president of Managing Director of Treasury Management, said in a statement. “His track record building relationships across key niche sectors positions him well to drive targeted deposit growth that supports our broader strategy.”
