The Thursday grand-opening event for the Madison Public Market has been postponed.

After years in the making, the Madison Public Market grand opening is Thursday — today — from 3:30-8 p.m. The market is located at 202 N. First St.
The market features numerous vendors selling everything from jewelry to empanadas, to ice cream and yarn.
Not all vendors will be open today; however, some like Fortune Favors will be at a stall handing out samples to participate in the grand opening.
There will also be art tours at 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.
