The city of Madison may spend about $4.2 million to buy four properties at the former Voit Farm on Madison’s east side, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
The subdivision is under construction, with 13 residential lots planned to open there over the upcoming years.
The city’s purchase would be for four lots to be used for townhouses or small multifamily housing, with each lot able to support about 10 to 20 units.
