The Madison Marriott South has completed a series of renovations to its guest rooms, meeting spaces and public areas following its transition from a Sheraton hotel.
The hotel, located at 706 John Nolen Drive, is managed by Legacy Ventures, a hospitality investment, development and management company based in Atlanta.
Guest rooms have new flooring and a new HVAC system, and the hotel also increased internet bandwidth throughout guest rooms, meeting spaces and public areas.
All meeting spaces were renovated with new carpet, wall coverings, energy-efficient lighting and lighting controls.
“These renovations reflect the continued growth of Madison as a destination for business meetings, events and tourism, and we wanted to create a space that is functional, fun and welcoming, both for guests and the general public to enjoy,” Madison Marriott South General Manager Chris Scheel said in a press release.
“We look forward to welcoming guests to a globally recognized brand and all it has to offer.”
