Pickleball enthusiasts rejoice — registration is open for the Dream Doubles: the Ultimate Pickleball Challenge event at Pickleball Kingdom in Sun Prairie on June 27.
“Dream Doubles is about more than competition — it’s about bringing people together for an unforgettable experience that supports student success and strengthens community connections,” Jimmy Cheffen, Madison College director of Student Engagement and Community Impact, said in a statement.
The event was developed with UW Credit Union Basecamp Fitness, the Madison College Fitness Center, Madison College Fitness & Wellness Program students and the Capital Area Pickleball Association.
Proceeds from tournament fees and court sponsorships help reduce financial barriers for Madison College students.
The event also features Gold Medal Challenges, a set of training drills and mini-game contests for players to participate in.
