Madison College graduates are highly valued by Wisconsin employers as 98% of employers surveyed say the college is important to their business success, according to the 2026 Wisconsin Technical College System Employer Satisfaction Report.

The employer satisfaction survey, which is conducted every four years, also shows that 95% of respondents would hire a Madison College graduate again and 90% would recommend its graduates to other employers.

The college, which serves students across 12 south-central Wisconsin counties, partners with employers through apprenticeships, internships and curriculum development.

“When employers tell us they value Madison College graduates and would hire them again, it reinforces the importance of the career-focused education and experiences we provide,” said Madison College President Jennifer Berne, in a press release.

“Our partnerships with employers help us prepare students with the skills needed today while anticipating the workforce needs of the future.”
