Business owners are the target market for a new leadership development series offered by Madison College and the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce.
The series, titled Running the Business, Leading the People, will be held on alternating Mondays from 6 to 8 p.m. beginning on Sept. 28 at the Black Business Hub in Madison.
Starting with the premise that running a business is one job but leading the people who help make it successful is another, the series will focus on how business owners, managers and emerging leaders can build the skills to do both.
Interested participants can register for individual sessions or the complete five-session experience.
Individual sessions cost $24 for Madison Black Chamber members and $49 for non-members.
The full series is $79 for members and $175 for non-members.
Those who complete all five sessions will earn a Madison College leadership development micro credential.
Registration is now open and can be completed on Survey Monkey.
