Madison alders host public meeting on Stoughton Road redesign project

The proposed reconstruction of South Stoughton Road will be the topic of a public information meeting on Thursday, Sept. 3, the city of Madison announced last week.

The meeting, hosted by Madison alders Derek Field of District 3 and Sean O’Brien of District 16, will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of La Follette High School, 702 Pflaum Road.

City planning and transportation staff will provide information about the project, followed by a question-and-answer session.
