Prices of tech devices continue to rise.
With memory and storage costs on the rise, Apple announced last week it will increase MacBook and iPad prices, CNBC reported.
Cost increases:
- MacBook Neo entry $599 to $699
- MacBook Air 512GB $1099 to $1299
- MacBook Pro 1T $1699 to $1999
- iPad Air 128GB $599 to $749
- iPad Pro Wi-Fi 256GB $999 to $1199
Apple made the price announcement on Thursday, and shares of the company dipped 6%, the worst drop since April 2025.
Video game console makers have also raised prices on the back of increased costs.
