Lake Ridge Bank announced Tuesday an expansion into Beloit, opening a loan production office by appointment only.
“We already knew there was substantial interest in bringing our unique style of community banking to Southern Wisconsin when we expanded offerings and moved to a larger more full-service location in Janesville last fall,” Lake Ridge Bank President Paul Hoffmann said in a statement.
“But we have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback and growing partnerships that continue to develop throughout the region. We’re excited to grow our presence in Janesville even further and open a new office in Beloit to support the economic transformation happening throughout this vibrant area.”
Lake Ridge Bank secured space at the Irontek coworking facility, located at 645 Third St. in Beloit for the new location.
This team can also connect clients throughout the Beloit region to Lake Ridge Bank’s full range of products and services at the nearby Janesville office.
As for the Janesville location, it welcomed four additional bankers. It had serviced the area in a more limited capacity since 2014 before offering a full-service location at 2605 Kennedy Road in October.
Lake Ridge Bank is headquartered in Dane County with locations spread throughout Dane, Rock, Green and Sauk counties.
