Milwaukee County Circuit Judge David Borowski Thursday set bail at $1 million for Casimer Kobylinski, 71, a chiropractor who has been charged with possession of child pornography, according to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Kobylinski was charged in February 2025 with 12 counts of possession of child pornography after authorities found hundreds of images depicting children on a USB drive seized from Casey Chiropractic Clinic, the Sheboygan chiropractic clinic he operated.
He was ordered not to access child exploitation material and not have unsupervised contact with children, among other conditions.
But Kobylinski, who lives in Milwaukee, violated that order by allegedly taking inappropriate photos of two girls, ages 2 and 10, while he was out on bail in his original case, according to prosecutors.
