Registration is now open for the 2026 InDevelopment, which brings together developers, municipal leaders, lenders and more from across Northeast Wisconsin to provide roundtables, presentations and more.

The Sept. 15 event is hosted by In Business Madison’s sister publication, Insight.

New this year is a lunch and learn with Tim Gokhman, managing director of New Land Enterprises, which developed the Ascent in Milwaukee, the world’s tallest mass timber building.

A new partnership has also been forged with New North, a regional economic development organization.

“InDevelopment creates an opportunity to bring together many of the people responsible for shaping Northeast Wisconsin’s future,” Angela O’Kray, publisher of Insight Publications, said in a statement. “By partnering with organizations such as New North, we can create stronger regional conversations around the opportunities and challenges facing Northeast Wisconsin while continuing to build InDevelopment into the leading gathering for commercial development and economic growth discussions across the region.”

This is the 17th year of the event, and it will be held at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
