Portillo’s, the Chicago-based hot dog restaurant with a location outside East Towne Mall, is planning a second location outside West Towne Mall, according to a Channel3000.com report.
The company has filed paperwork for a second Madison location at 522 S. Gammon Road. The location would feature a new, three-lane drive-thru model to facilitate mobile and online orders.
