Home Savings Bank hosted a focus group June 27 in the Madison Children’s Museum’s art studio to get children’s opinions about Homer’s Club, the bank’s popular youth savings program, and new design concepts for the program’s lion mascot, Homer. Treating the focus group as a board meeting of sorts, Home Savings Bank asked both parents and children to dress in business casual. Six children between the ages of 4 and 10 who currently have Homer’s Club accounts were invited. Homer’s Club for Children is one of the opportunities Home Savings Bank offers for families to learn and share money management skills.
